the best shoes for---plantar fasciitis/sore feet
Several years ago out of the blue my feet were in so much pain, that I couldn't even walk without them hurting. It felt as if they were sore with black & blue marks,and any pressure on them was excrutiating. After seeing two podiatrists...having 2 sets of orthodics custom made...they got better a bit, & the pain subsided over time.
But when the weather is warm, orthodics don't exactly work with summer shoes. So there goes the question every woman is faced with.... style or comfort? Do we always have to choose?
Last year I came across an adorable pair of flip flops, called Fitflop (great name,right?). They were so comfortable & stylish!
Since I like all things sparkly, of course, I purchased the bronze sparkle style.
I can now walk for blocks and blocks in the city and my feet never hurt. Yes, it's possible ladies!
Who would have thought fitflops were the the solution?
